Watch out! This person is a sham. I hired him to stain my deck and all he did was power wash yet he charged 50% of the contract cost as down payment. The project was only meant to be a two days worth of work. He washed the deck on Wednesday then never came back the next day. He answered his text only give excuse and delaying coming to fulfill the work. He never answers back the phone. I would advise anyone to stay away from him.
