Jenn is the best! She’s very professional and it’s a bang for your buck. I asked her to paint my guest room and it looks amazing! I also asked if she could clean my dryer vents; she said yes and went to work on cleaning them the same day! I am 100% happy with the work she did! I will definitely keep her in mind for any other jobs I need done!

Jenn was very sweet when she came to provide an estimate. She was prompt and cleaned up behind herself on the work day. Unfortunately, she was scheduled to return today at an agreed upon time. When she did not show up, I initiated contact (1) out of concern and (2) because I had made plans upon completion of her scheduled visit. Jenn responded quickly, apologized and stated that she dropped and broke her phone, at the store, and will call me in a bit. Afterwards, I never heard anything else from her. I sent 2 follow-up texts and called. Nothing. I truly understand that life happens and things happen, but it’s quite frustrating when someone agrees to meet you for an appointment, you wait around and call/text and receive no follow-up. Disappointing as I feel as though my time was of no value.
