Terrell and his assistant arrived as promised on a Sunday and worked diligently to get our hot water back on. They were extremely professional showing respect for our home despite an Extremely hot attic work space. I would recommend Splendid Glory to anyone needing work done in your home.

They were not a good fit for my plumbing needs. I had to hire another plumber to finish the job. I mistakenly overpaid them, and they never refunded the overpayment. I would not recommend them for any plumbing jobs.

Don’t use them. I was told “$200 flat fee” the job description was very clear. His assistant (who I’m pretty sure is his wife or girlfriend) told me prior they had to stop at Lowes to get the part. And even after saying they had to stop at Lowes “$200 flat.” Once they got here, the guy did the job fine, asked me if I wanted the oven hooked up too. I say yes? Like, I think we’d established that was part of it. But then, when he was finished, they charged me an extra $40 for the part from Lowes and another $60 for hooking the oven up - all without telling me it would now cost me $300 instead of $200. I wish I’d asked for a receipt for the part. I checked after, it was a $6 part that they charged me $40 for. And another $60 to hook up the oven. When I questioned it the girlfriend or wife called it a “misunderstanding” and sent me an invoice that said I could pay by card, here’s where it gets more fun. I couldn’t actually pay by card. Their card reader wasnt working and they only had 2 payment methods they could accept (neither of which I had) and never communicated that beforehand. So then, they insisted on following me to the ATM to get paid. I kept my boyfriend on the phone the whole time because at this point, I wasn’t sure what they were doing but it made me really uneasy. Just go with someone honest who doesn’t overcharge you then follow you acting like they’re going to beat you up if you don’t pay the overcharge. It’s pretty unfortunate that someone would act like that. I had other work I needed done. If they’d been honest and not been creepy following me afterwards I’d have used them again. I’ve since gotten more work from someone reputable that charged what he said he was going to and accepted all normal payment methods like literally everyone else. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

No , ma'am , we do not mind a bad review. But we should not be cheated. It should not be a one star, because when you said the job was done fine. If you had any problems, you could have spoke to us first. We was stern on the price that was set because Of the things that was added on later And we do not think there should be a tolerance for things as such, that takes more time When we have other customers to tend to After you and yes, ma'am, we do install stoves and charge for them also Separately it is called appliance installation. if you have a problem I would have liked if you would have communicate with us first. This was a very low verbal communication. One thing. No one can say is that we don't do the job well.
