Express Appliance Repair: Repair person arrived on time, explained what needed to be done. Diagnosed problem and cost to repair. Part was ordered and installed upon receipt. So far this seems to solve the problem. I would recommend to use again.

They did come out on Sunday to check a loud motor noise in the freezer. He took everything out of it, found a lot of ice but never found or said anything about a leak. Got all the ice out, put the shelves and food back all not like it was. Two days later two of the shelves collapsed and the contents went all over. I removed everything and left it out when the shelves didn't go back in properly. Called them (they had charged $300 for this) and they wanted to return tomorrow. Finally said he would come back in 1-2 hours. This is ridiculous and I have no idea what will happen next but perhaps they've changed hands since the experiences showed in other reviews are VERY different.

The young man who came to check out our washing machine was kind and helpful. He told us that the apparent problems were not serious issues that had to be handled urgently, but were normal signs of an aging machine. We simply had to prepare for the day when it needed replacement. That calmed us down.
