His knowledge on nutrition is what I've been looking for. He's helped me with my meal plans, I'm starting to cut out all the snacking by eating more in tune with my body and workout. He is very informative. As I work out, he explains what muscle/s that particular exercise is working. He explains in detail certain muscle groups, which help me understand.

I was hesitant at 1st to use this online platform for my nutrition needs yet took the plunge into uncharted waters. John is an asset to anyone looking for a nutritional plan. We began working together in August. At the time I weighed 200-205lbs and really needed to get back down in the 180s. I had nutritional classes in college and had a depth of understanding but really need a solid program to keep me on track. John listened intently to needs and my exercise schedule. He then took that information to create a personalized nutritional plan that I am still following the logic today. Happy to report I walk around today, just 4 months later, at 180-185 and have tested myself all the way down to 174. If you are looking to shed a few pounds and keep them off you have to commit and follow closely-remember it is a lifestyle change. John can, without doubt help you achieve your goals. John has been great getting me up and going. I am use to doing a lot of longer swims, bikes, runs and wanted to trying changing my routine and work on some muscle building. He is helping to show me the differences in how one trains when the goal changes. He as also given me some good ideas on nutrition and what to each to meet this goal!!

This is my first personal trainer and he is doing a superb job. John is attentive, patience, knowledgeable and has a passion for fitness. I am pleased with our training regimen thus far, I am not at my goal weight yet, but I have noticed my progression so far.
