I called 3 other contractors in the area to assist me with demolishing an old shed and removing a few large pieces of old furniture that were stored there. For whatever reason, they all took several hours in calling back. When they did, the prices were outrageous and the one affordable company advised they could not come out until the following week (I called on a Friday). I spoke with buddy of mine and he recommended Valkyrie. When I called, I spoke with both William and his assistant. They went out of their way to help me and accommodate my need to get things hauled off that same day. I could not believe the difference in service and attitude. My suggestion to others avoid others and go straight to Valkyrie.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are by volume starting at a quarter load (4 cubic yards) for $249 a half load (8 cubic yards) for $499, three quarter load (12 cubic yards) for $749 and a full dump truck load (16+ cubic yards) for $999. Our minimum pick up price is $150
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by communicating about what service suits the needs of the customer best, set up a in person estimate or quote, confirm the project location and time, complete the project, and clean site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a veteran of the United States Navy. I have an MBA in Business. I carry a professional designation (PLS) in logistics, transportation and warehousing.
