I had a great experience. They were on time, got the roof repaired, and the roof quickly and professionally. You would never know the roof was repaired. Merritt Roofing was supposed to do the repair, but since it was a small job, they never came back or called. If they could not replace my whole roof, they didn't want my business. American showed up and did what they said at a fair price.
