Jeffrey W. says, "My Wife and I began an extensive renovation of our 1902 home, that required extensive electrical troubleshooting and the tracing/locating of circuits and wires within the walls and ceilings; as well as updating fixtures and repositioning switches etc. To say that Mr. Arnold did an excellent job, is an understatement. From our first contact, to the completion of the project, Mr. Arnold maintained constant contact with us, ensuring we knew what each phase of the project was going to involve, how much it would cost (with invoices and detailed notes) and when the work would start and conclude. He was always available to answer questions we had, and to provide us with extensive explanations and reasoning for parts of the process we were otherwise ignorant about. Mr. Arnold always approached the job with the utmost professionalism and craftsmanship, everything he touched was left better than he found it. His attention to detail is second to none and his near encyclopedic knowledge of building and electrical code, as well as trends in decor, ensured that every project he worked on was not only up to our standards of aesthetic and style, but also adhered to the safest and most 'future-proof' means and methods.
