This was my first time working with Roof Puppy, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future work! We’ve been gradually replacing sections of Masonite siding as needed, and John was incredibly responsive. He came out quickly for a consult and was able to get started the following week on both siding and trim repair. As the project got underway, the team discovered potential bug damage. They were flexible and patient while we had it inspected and treated, and they even took on some additional repair needs that came up—all while sticking as close to the original schedule as possible. Unlike previous contractors who cut corners and left us with repairs down the line, John and his team did the work right. The quality and professionalism were top-notch from start to finish. John - Was incredibly responsive and came out on short notice on a Sunday morning. He was very diligent in measuring our gutters, and what could have been a very large gutter guard installation job, John was very honest and professional in advising that a more cost-effective fix would be more appropriate. He also recommended other qualified providers that could support with aspects of the work. I’m thankful for trustworthy tradesmen like John and Roof Puppy.
