Joe was able to diagnose the root cause of the black spot in my chimney from my photo and provided a reasonable estimate of the work involve. I can’t say enough. I had my roof replaced and noticed that black flakes were dislodged and fallen on my propane logs. I thought I never had to worry about sweeping my chimney because I had propane…. BUT Apparently, when the real fireplace was converted to propane, the past owner did not sweep the chimney!!! So all that soot was still lodged in my chimney and presenting a fire hazard. I’m lucky it never caught fire! Thank you Rowan Heating! Thank you for preventing a possible chimney fire this winter!
