Rob was on time , knowledgeable, and courteous , and he was able to repair my Bosch dishwasher even though , it was not an easy repair . His rates are reasonable and I am very grateful I chose him. I asked him for cards for my neighbors. The thing I most appreciated about Rob was his sense of pride in his work. He was determined to figure out my problem and didn’t give up until he did! I will definitely call him again and I highly recommend him.

Rob responded to a last-minute emergency when my dryer stopped working hours before closing on the sale of my Statesville home. He solved the problem quickly, located the needed replacement part and offered to return to install it for the new owner, an offer they graciously accepted! He literally saved the day, working the service call into his busy schedule, taking the dryer completely apart quickly, and examining each part to discover the precise replacement needed, assuring me that all was well with the appliance otherwise - all with a kind, positive and professsional attitude and efficiency.
