They were very respectful and professional. Good communication. Unfortunately, the job was not very well done, and even after explaining exactly why I was not satisfied (the good they stained was uneven colors and much lighter than color i expected) they just said that was due to sun damage and there was nothing they could do. They didn’t offer to fix or any solutions or a discount. I think it was possibly due to applying multiple coats of stain without dry time between. Not sure.
