Steve from Next Level was able to take a look at our dishwasher the same day we called, and fixed it the following day, after picking up a new motor in the morning. Steve was extremely polite and professional, worked efficiently, and charged us fairly. He even called TWICE on the subsequent days to make sure everything was working well.
