FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new client inquires about our services we schedule a call, meeting, or quick chat to learn more about their vision and needs. key questions we confirm are: •What type of shoot (portraits, family, seniors, event, etc.)? •Any specific style they prefer (posed, candid, artistic, bright/airy, dark/moody)? •Where do they plan to use the photos (prints, social media, album, etc.)? Afterwards, we discuss the agreement with a clear proposal outlining the day, time, charge, and what’s including in their price. Next: We collect the retainer/deposit to secure the booking. Then: We Scout the location if necessary, or suggest one if the client doesn’t already have one in mind. Before the session, we will confirm the appointment within 24-48 hours. After the session: We back up all photos immediately. •Select and edit the best images (according to your style agreed upon) Lastly: We deliver final images in the promised format and include the copyright to all purchased portraits.
