- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts when a customer joins our subscription plan, has additional needs (extras) of 3 or more, we provide a 20% discount and new customers receive a 10% discount!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask some questions regarding the property and expectations. if it is straight forward we have a pricing model that can handle a very quick quote. If it is more of a complex job, we will do a site visit at that point and make sure we are fair to the customer as well as To A Shine!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I am actually an engineer and have utilised 30 years as an engineer and General manager in the Aerospace sector that now I bring those quality perspectives to this world. We are a quality driven, efficient and well oiled team of people that make sure the customers needs are priority.
