The ONLY issue was that communicating through this app is balky and bandwidth-consuming, which didn't work for me while aloft on a pretty slow wi-fi connection. Was able to text just fine with others.

Mike was great to work with and had great communication. I set up transportation for coworkers of mine who flew in from Belgium. Mike was very professional and picked them up from RDU (and waiting for them to get through customs) and took them to where they were staying in High Point. He was prompt and my team had nothing but good things to say about the travel. Thank you!

I had to leave this review because this car service was beyond amazing. Mike showed up 15 minutes early for our trip to RDU airport, which was such a relief. But that wasn’t even the best part - he had water for us which was thoughtful. And get this, he gave out T-shirts and even pens with their logo on them. Who does that? He was so friendly and easy to talk to, it felt like catching up with an old friend. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for someone better. This is definitely the car service to use if you want to feel taken care of from start to finish. Seriously, give them a try - you won’t regret it!

Once the customer has returned my initial text with a time to call, I work to transition my client to my personal phone... as it's a foldable (mini tablet)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been driving in Boston (nations worst traffic for many of those years) for 15 years, before I retired/moved here from Boston and start up again.
