I received this lead that was an employee of a property management company out of Pennsylvania. When I was first contacted, he expressed urgency and pleaded me to help. Not many things were clear and I had to ask for clarification on most aspects of the process. My suspicions were raised initially being I wasn't able to meet with anyone in person. The property I was directed to was pretty run down, and I was given multiple lock codes that none of which worked on the lock. Remy proceeded to instruct me to go buy a new lock and drill out the old lock for entry. This seemed like an obvious red flag to me. I informed him that I did not do that kind of work. At this point, with the unclear communication, the incorrect lock codes, and the nature of the situation altogether I decided I did not want the job and informed him of which directly and respectfully.
