We just completed a project with Tom and could not be happier with everything! From start to finish, Tom was so great to work with. We initially lined him up to add a half bath in our basement, and when discussing the project mid-construction, we mentioned how our dream was to have a shower too, but we didn’t have the space. He figured out a way to make it work with some tweaks to what was done already and it’s beyond what we could have imagined. When we told him we had a guest coming to stay with us and were hoping to have things done before they got here, he made sure to stick to that deadline and had everything completely finished. I’ve already referred him to a few friends and he will be the only person we contact going forward for future work at our house!

My first experience with Frontline was several years ago. The apartment we were renting had the most gorgeous kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops. The quality and workmanship that was put into them sold us on living there so we knew who to call when we bought our house to remodel it. The bathrooms were the first project. Existing tile and grout on floors and walls were cracked and needed replaced. Time was taken to repair underlying issues instead of just covering them up. Thomas was extremely knowledgeable, had great ideas and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He was efficient, stayed within our budget and a pleasure to work with. We're so excited for him to begin the kitchen remodel next!!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we are a Veteran owned company, we always offer a 15% discount off the total quoted price of your project for all our military veterans and their families. We also offer referral bonuses as well as loyalty bonuses. Our materials are not marked up, meaning that you always receive contractor pricing on your materials and or selections. There is never a hidden cost or agenda to try and increase a client's costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the customer as well as their project. Connect with their vision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in International Business, Class A license and 25yrs in the construction industry. 30hr OSHA certification and continue to study the current building codes for both commercial and residential properties. I've also recently retired after 22 plus years in the military.
