- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we get an understanding of our customers' needs. After that, we will collect contact information. If we can, we will provide an estimate over the phone or schedule an inspection. Once we've agreed on a price, we will schedule the work. Once the job is complete, we will inspect it again, ensuring the highest possible standards for our customer. Once our team has completed the final inspection and left your property, we will follow up for a review. Lastly, we will periodically check in with our customer until our next appointment.
