We never charge delivery fees or fuel surcharges. We have online booking available as well! Typically, you will find ************************************** where you can book!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep things simple and straightforward. Once a customer books online or by phone, we confirm the dumpster size, delivery location, and rental dates. Our team delivers the dumpster on time and places it exactly where the customer wants it. The customer then fills the dumpster during the rental period, and when it’s ready, we come back to pick it up and handle all disposal or recycling. We provide clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees and are always available to answer questions or extend the rental if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in waste management, construction, and logistics, giving us a deep understanding of job site operations and customer needs. We’re trained in safe equipment handling, DOT compliance, and proper disposal and recycling practices to meet all local and state regulations. This combination of real-world experience and safety training ensures every job is handled efficiently and responsibly.
