He came out promptly and provided a bill for the work, but unfortunately only completed part of the job. At the end of the day, he told us he couldn’t reach the height required to finish the rest. This was super frustrating since the scope was discussed in advance, and it should have been clear from the start what equipment or capability was needed. Professionalism means assessing whether the full job can be done before billing, not stopping midway. We ended up paying for partial work, but the main issue remains unresolved.
