Albert was very polite. He made us feel comfortable with the way he was handling the repair from start to finish. The repair to our shower valve was simple and he made sure to show us the exact problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He was on time and really fair with his pricing. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Definitely will call again.
