Our pricing is competitive with other local professionals, and we always aim to provide excellent value for the quality of our work. We understand that every project and budget is different, so we’re happy to discuss flexible options to find something that works for you. There are no hidden fees, and we’re upfront about all costs before work begins. We also offer discounts for certain project types or repeat customers just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Inquiry Customer Action: Reaches out via phone, email, or web. Our Response: We respond within 24 hours to ask a few key questions and schedule a consultation. 2. Consultation & Project Discussion Meeting Type: In-person or virtual consultation (depending on the project). Purpose: Understand your goals, budget, and timeline. Review existing space and discuss design ideas. Answer questions about our process and experience. 3. Site Visit & Evaluation What We Do: Visit your property to take measurements and assess the scope. Identify any potential issues (e.g. structural, plumbing, permitting needs). 4. Proposal & Estimate Deliverable: A written estimate that includes: Breakdown of costs Project phases/timeline Terms & payment schedule 5. Contract & Deposit Once you approve the estimate, we sign a contract and collect a deposit (typically 10–30%, depending on the size of the project).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in construction by working for my uncle’s company, where I learned the ins and outs of flooring and bathroom remodeling. Over the years, I gained hands-on experience and developed a strong understanding of the trade. Eventually, I decided to start my own business and have been running it ever since. Every day, I continue to learn more about construction and take pride in improving my skills with each project.
