Very professional, Keeps me going after spinal surgery, when I wanted to give up. Every session is unique and challenging and he adapts to my strengths and weak points as we go. I find his focus on total body development really sets him apart from someone who’s just going to tell me to lift weights. Robert is such an encouraging person. My last trainer kind of just went through the motions and wasn’t doing much and didn’t push enough. Robert pushes me hard and I’m sweaty every time I come home. If I tell him something specific that I’m having trouble with in real life he’ll come up with an exercise on the spot to help me out! Highly recommend Robert!
