I can’t recommend Computer Doctor enough! Stan went above and beyond helping me with my CPU issue. Not only did he quickly diagnose and repair the problem, but he also explained what was going on in a way I could understand, and gave me clear guidance on how to prevent issues in the future. The attention to detail and care Stan put into his work really stood out. On top of that, the pricing was fair and I felt like I got the absolute best value. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy service, Stan is the one you want.

Just a beginning side note, I am a Software Engineer, so I do know a bit about working with computers and repairing them myself and I originally thought about doing this repair myself, but due to time constraints, I decided to let someone, who would know more about the specifics of the repair, do the service. And I'm glad that I did. The Computer Doctor professional, Stan, provided me with excellent service, even before I selected them to service my laptop repair. He provided me with an estimate of parts that may possibly be required, as well as what cost reductions may be made if certain parts were not damaged. I had done my own research and Stans estimates were right on point. Stan used all New manufacturer certified parts still wrapped in the packaging. The repairs were made in a timely manner and within the estimate time provided. There were also a couple of issues that were discovered, such as chaffed wiring, that were repaired at no charge to avoid possible future issues. All of the repaired items and pictures of the repair process were provided for my review as the repair was progressing. I was also impressed by Stans knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail, all while providing a timely service. I am completely satisfied with my laptop repair. Thank you for your service Computer Doctor and Stan.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Computer Doctor. My computer screen was completely broken, and I was bracing myself for a stressful ordeal.
