CleanSpaceUSA took care of a delicate situation for me and my family. They came to our rescue when a raccoon was discovered living in our attic. It was a messy job, but Michael handled it professionally. He was easy to work with and explained everything in detail. He answered all of my questions. And I appreciate how he walked me through each step, documenting with pictures along the way. They thoroughly cleared out our attic space, sealed up the area where the raccoon got in and replaced the old insulation with new insulation. It looks so much better now. If ever we had another rodent problem, God forbid, we will call CleanSpaceUSA.

Had a few quotes from a couple companies. Clean space shot is straight and told us we didn't need the "add ons" the other companies were saying we needed. Saved a ton of money with them. Mike is amazing. I needed my crawlspace insulation removed and replaced plus I was having issues with mice getting in. I had 3 different estimates and Mike was not the cheapest but, hey if you want cheap sometimes that is what up you get. I choose Mike for his work integrity, knowledge of his profession, his quick response to my concerns or questions. He was upfront and honest. If I did not need to have it done he told me that. His team and himself came out, they removed and replaced the insulation, vacuumed debris and rodent waste, disinfected the area to kill bacteria and rid my crawlspace of animal scent which attracts rodents. They also sealed any gaps interior and exterior to prevent rodents from returning. I have to say, now that the work is completed I am so glad I went with Mike and his company CleanSpaceUSA. Thank you Mike, I wish you continued success.
