- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to keep things simple and upfront. I’ll give you a clear quote before we start, and I’ll explain any extra fees if they come up. Sometimes I can offer discounts for repeat customers or if you’re booking multiple services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we chat about what you need and figure out the best plan. I’ll give you a detailed quote, we’ll schedule the work, and I’ll keep you updated every step of the way until it’s done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from high school and was part of JROTC, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and leadership. I’ve also worked jobs that demanded physical labor, so I know how to get things done efficiently. Now I’m on my way to college, continuing to build my skills and knowledge.
