I can only service NJNG and Elizabethtown Gas territory or PA/NYC. No PSEG gas/electric territory. Over 23 years experience with heating, cooling and gas appliance/piping repair. Waterheater repair and install. Gas lines. Dryers, Ranges, Furnace/boilers. Central Ac diagnosis/replace parts.. Oil to gas conversion. Thermostat installation. Boiler/Furnace maintentance. Honest quotes. I charge 150/hr(thumbtack lead charge, gas /tolls included) for my time but I work efficiently and can diagnose quickly. If you can get the parts, I'll install them. Huge shout-out to Armand! He's an independent contractor, but his expertise far surpasses some of the larger companies. I was told by another business that I needed to replace my entire condenser fan. Armand came out, quickly and efficiently showed me (with a simple 9-volt battery test) that the fan was working perfectly and only the control module needed to be swapped. He even provided the model number, giving me the option to fix it myself or have him do it. His service saved me $2,300, and I truly appreciate his honesty and skill. He's my go-to for AC service from now on, and I highly recommend him!

Armen HVAC did a lot of work for me. They converted my house from oil to gas: put in gas burner in the furnace, new gas lines, installed all gas appliances. Everything is working perfectly and I'm saving lots of $ monthly.
