So Best Pool Solutions was assigned to me by my Home Warranty Company. I needed services done to my pump and filter and Victor went above and beyond to help me with my claim when getting nothing extra out of it. He is the definition of customer service. He is now my permanent pool person. He explains everything in detail and tries to get you the best price possible. My previous pool company was the complete opposite. I really like the service. They are very professional and they will follow up with you if everything is working fine. Like in my case there was a minor issue after their service. The moment I told them about the issue they came back and fixed it without charging anything. They certainly better than other pool service companies.
