As of now, I've had a very positive experience with QG Builders. I've primarily communicated with Marco and the process is probably the most uncomplicated that I've had in dealing with contractors. During the contract negotiation, he sent me a first draft that was very thorough; I asked him to add language and he did it without hassle. The end product was very detailed. I have found working with him to be efficient and professional. I am optimistic that the work process will continue to go well. Will come back for an update when the project is complete.
UPDATE—hands down the best contractor experience EVER. QG Builders was professional, punctual, reliable/consistent every step of the way. Their workmanship and attention to detail is impeccable; my home is more than 130 years old so this was no easy feat. I honestly cannot articulate in words how amazing this experience was (see pics) I will use them for all of my home maintenance/repairs/renovation needs going forward.
