My floor looks amazing. Erick did an amazing job. He is very responsive to texts/calls and very detail oriented. I would highly recommend Erick. He was easy to work with, knows all things floor and his pricing is fair.

It was truly a pleasure working with Erick. He was quick to come out and give me an estimate and waited patiently until we were ready to follow through with the job. He worked with me in getting a fair price and honored his word with things he said he would do for me. He was very communicative and honest. Answered each of my questions and recommended the best products and provided the best service. He was able to get the stubborn previously stained floors sanded; they were patchy, dingy, and a dark color i didn’t like. He also replaced a patch of damaged wood to ensure uniformity. I am really happy with my new floors and his attention to detail. Erick is a sweet young man, upmost professional, and pleasant to work with; 10/10 recommend!

Erick showed up on time, as promised, and delivered a beautiful finished product for a very reasonable price. His team worked quickly and efficiently and had my floor sanded, as well as stained, in a short time. Erick is quite easy and pleasant to work with. I have other flooring projects to be done and will be hiring Empire State Floors for them.

Spoke with Erick from Empire State Floors about refinishing the wood floors in my Mother's home. He was accommodating with our schedule when I told him we were looking to make a decision promptly and came out that evening so that he could give us a quote. The entire experience was pleasant and I could definitely see using their services in the future.
