They were quick to respond and showed up on time however the quality wasn’t great. Specifically asked for a deep clean got just average vacuuming, mopping with spots remaining. Paid for window cleaning but dust remained on window sills. Paid for extra services but dirt left behind on several surfaces. Reached out to the company who got defensive and didn’t offer any solution. Stated they cleaned for several hours (even though it was mentioned there’s no time constraints) and we had been upfront about the size of the house and offered water/coffee/ breaks. And there was supposed to be a walk through which never happened after. I have a small business and take customer service and feedback seriously and am always amazed when businesses treat clients poorly. For the amount paid and the expectations given sorely disappointed. They lost a would be repeat client. Giving the hours worked (when breaks were offered) or size of the house (which was clearly communicated) as a reason to not do the job adequately is not acceptable.
