As a flooring installer for the past 15 years, I have honed my flooring installation skills to the point where I am a perfectionist. I am detail oriented and make certain that each and every floor plank is expertly installed. I do not farm out my work to others. If you hire me, you get me. This is not always the case with other companies. Quality control is what I am all about. As a result, I have worked on many high-end Manhattan projects, including the tri-state area, as well.
I have in-depth experience with every type of flooring (engineered, solid wood, laminate, cork, floating and vinyl flooring) and with various intricate designs such as herringbone and chevron, as well as the more popular straight planks.
There is nothing worse than hiring someone who lacks the necessary specific skill set to install a floor. The planks can curl up in time and before you know it the entire floor has to be redone. The homeowner is out the cost of the material, plus the labor, plus the time invested in the project. That is a lose / lose scenario that you want to avoid. It is imperative that the floor be installed properly to the highest standards, and that is what I do. I offer competitive pricing because there is no "middle man" and excellent customer service. I recently had my living room floor done by GTA Wood Floors, and the result is absolutely unbelievable! The craftsmanship and attention to detail were beyond impressive — it completely transformed the space! Guil was professional, prompt, and amazing to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive to every detail, making sure everything was perfect. He and his assistant were also very clean and respectful of my home, which I really appreciated. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product.

Guil was amazing. He came by not too long after touching base on thumbtack. He came in measured the floors , showed us the type of flooring and got back to us within the hour with an estimate. After payment he came on time on his scheduled day and finished the work within the time frame he gave us with his team! Guil was really helpful and professional from start to finish. I told him what was going on with our current floor and he was able to accommodate me into his schedule for an estimate to remove our old floor and lace in new hardwood. His prices are absolutely fair and he emailed me with estimates in a timely manner and answered any questions I had after the initial estimate.
