We had a wonderful night! Our driver was very professional and very knowledgeable about the routes he was driving. Nice clean limo and lots of refreshments were offered to us. We will us sapphire again in the future!

I gave a first review because I was not satisfied but after few days I am correcting some of it. The manager was able to make it up to me . He was very considerate on how I felt and gave me a 40 percent discount to make it up to me that was really fair . I like that he has a funny sense of humor and playful too. We had wine in the limousine and snack as well. He came on time too on both pick up locations i applaud him for that. I will advise you speak with the manager directly ask for Thomas.
