- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is hourly with a 2 hour minimum, factoring the cost of travel and editing time. There are no extra fees unless travel is further than the allowance of 2 hours (driving). Flights and accommodation are covered by the customer, as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Introduction and pricing, ending with a quote sent to the customer. Step 2: Once quote is approved, invoice is generated, due at or before the time of the event. Any photography services totaling $500 or more require a 25% deposit. At this time, Daudi's Photos does not provide refunds, but reshoots are available for customer satisfaction.
