Stephen was wonderful from initial communication to incredible patience as I had a piano moved, to high quality work and professionalism when he repaired and tuned it. I'd pick all of the qualities as top qualities if this platform would let me. This is my piano tuner for life (Or as long as he's in business!)

I don’t know where to start in applauding the work Stephen Schlegel has done on my old spinette piano (Baldwin Acrosonic).
He is knowledgeable about all kinds of pianos & very focused. His manner is cordial and caring because he loves & knows these instruments.
For 2 hours he barely lifted his head from tuning, repairing, and cleaning our piano. Besides tuning & fixing sticky keys, he fixed the keyboard cover (which I had not used in years because it would crash down. I would highly recommend!
