Gutter cleaners notified me of a crack in the flashing and quoted me 2k+ to fix it. I turned to thumbtack and got a few quotes. Stanley and his son are by far the most trustworthy. They did not upsell me a new roof and told me it just needs a fix and new coating. The guys are also literally my neighbor and gave me a much better offer with 5 year guarantee and maintenance. Honest and reliable is the way to go. Definitely get a quote from these guys and you will know what I'm talking about when you compare.

Ricky was great! Was having some roof leaks, reached out to a few pros and Ricky contacted me immediately and came to have a look at the project and provided quotes. We also got another quote from a different contractor, but Ricky was honest and could have sold me the huge roof re-do, but also offered a maintenance to resolve the leaks until we are ready for the bigger job! I appreciated that! I got professional written quotes and they did the job expeditiously! Will get them back in the future when we are ready to invest in some bigger works! Thanks Ricky and team!

Pricing was pretty much similar to what other companies were asking so I knew they were not overcharging me at all. I chose them instead as Stanley explained and gave me couple options. I chose to reroof instead of patching up which came with a 20 year warranty. They came on time as they had promised and finished the job right away and cleaned up the area as well. I would definitely hire them. Hopefully no more leaks.
