Joss responded to the emergency within two hours of calling. They worked hard to clear the clog. After threading 9 snakes (each being 10 feet long) in our sewage system, then had to call their friends/others to deliver more metal snakes. After putting through 12 snakes, the clog opened up. The clean-up was also performed well. I would consider using them again (even though I don't hope to have clogged sewage any time soon).
