I went on Nextdoor, looking for someone to replace the vinyl floor in the kitchen. Ray responded quickly. He was very competent and thorough. He did a great job replacing two layers of vinyl with a new one. He cleaned up after the job and charged a reasonable price. You couldn't do better than using Ray

Ray is a rare find! He installed LVP flooring in my small Manhattan apartment. This was not an easy task given the unique corner/angles and leveling issues. But did an outstanding job! Here is why I would hire him again in a heartbeat. 1. Ray responded to my inquiry very quickly, took the time to listen to what I needed and was great at patiently explaining (in layman's terms) the tasks and any potential challenges. 2. Ray offered a fair and reasonable price given the scope of the work needed. 3. Ray is passionate about his work and enjoys what he does. I was highly impressed the the quality of the work and his attention to detail. He will make sure the job is done right. 4. He is problem solver. When he ran into unexpected issues, he quickly adjusted without complaint and came up with a solution. And finally, Ray is just a pleasant man with great energy and personality. It was great working with him!
