Their initial communication was excellent via phone and follow-up emails since finding them on Thumbtack. Someone came out to assess the renovation. However, we never received a quote for the service we needed. I followed up via email and did not receive a response, 'ghosted,' as the young people say. Currently, we are ready to begin the work and contacted another contractor to begin the project.

D. Massimo and Sons ins hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with. They installed all new doors, windows, and trim in our house and then repainted the entire home. They also helped me manage the four other trades in the house at the same time. The work was absolutely meticulous. Justin and his crew have a real pride in their workmanship... I've never seen corners so square. I just can't say enough good things about them. On top of this, their price was lower than the other four bids we received for the job. When we build our forever home from the ground up we are definitely going to hire them to build our custom home. If you want to hire real pros who will create true value in your home, then make sure you hire D. Massimo and Sons.
