It's very important to me that I'm on every job I do, now this causes me not to plan too far ahead , because obviously, you can only do so much when your putting your signature on every job, but I have learned through the years , when you try to expand the quality of work falls. This I no longer see as worth the cause. Just like I have the freedom to make my own schedule. Love the challenges of different jobs I do , no Too jobs are exactly the same. I've been doing this type work since I was 16 years old, I'm now 55 , I still learn something new everyday, I think when that stops , I'll stop.....
