Tom was incredible from the very beginning. I didn’t have a clear vision for my new walk-in closet, but he was extremely patient and took the time to walk me through every option. He carefully thought through the layout, storage choices, and how everything would fit and flow. Even when I felt completely lost and unsure about how it would all come together, Tom stayed calm, supportive, and detail-oriented. Thanks to him, my closet turned out absolutely amazing — beautifully organized, functional, and better than I ever expected. I’m so grateful for his help!

Tom was very nice to work with. He communicated quickly and with enough details for me to get the project ready. He arrived at the agreed upon time and installed our new mailbox perfectly. Tom brought the post and concrete, while I supplied the box. Even when the installation hardware I bought wasn't correct, Tom wasn't phased and had a solution. It took about an hour to complete. I will certainly consider calling Tom for future projects.
