We hired Elit3 Andy to do our Epoxy Coating for the garage floor. We went through numerous quote but Andy gave the most reasonable price quote for very high quality work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate per square foot as long as self leveling concrete isn’t involved. If a floor needs self leveling then that’ll be an additional charge.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad started back in 1999 and I learned in 2004.
