Jesus is THE BEST Handyman I have ever encountered in my life. I had a major list of more than 20 items that required immediate attention in order to list my house for sale and a narrow deadline. The repairs included demo and installation of ceramic floor tile and baseboards, drywall 2 closets and a linen closet, painting the interior, stucco repair, driveway asphalt repair, hanging cabinets in the laundry room and unstacking my washer and dryer, changing almost every electrical outlet and cover throughout the house, installing 3 outside light fixtures, replacing the shower pan, decorative shower wall tile and new shower heads, arms and faucets, window crank replacement, new kitchen sink and faucet, restained kitchen cabinets, installed new cabinet hardware, made a new kitchen drawer, fabricated a wooden access door for my radiant floor heating valves, drained my hot water heater, rebuilt the platform, installed a new circulation motor and overflow pipe, and other items. He accomplished all this within 2 months and showed up always on time! Jesus is also a great communicator and continually kept me updated and offered many solutions that saved me money on the long run. He's extremely professional and offers a good rate per job. I only wish that I had found him sooner and definitely give him my highest recommendation.

Jesus, from Perez Handyman, is a true professional who is skilled at many home repairs. I just purchased my townhouse, and I was left with a bathroom vanity cabinet with a patched hole on the side. I was considering removing the entire vanity and having another one put in in its place. I spoke with Jesus and we both agreed that the hole on the side could be patched and repainted, which would cost considerably less. Jesus and I agreed upon a time to meet for him to fix it, and not only did he show up promptly, but he also had all of the materials to complete the work then and there (I thought it was going to take a few days). He replaced the side then repainted the entire cabinet (he even removed the doors and drawers on front, took off the handles, and repainted them). He was done in 2 hours! I was highly impressed! I am going to use him again for future work on my bathroom and for electrical work, too. Don't trust anyone but Jesus and Perez Handyman! He is the best!
