Pioneer came out with a staff of four and went beyond expectations. I needed a deep clean on a large house log cabin Style. High maintenance. Amazing work. Excellent communication skills as well.

I had asked for a thorough house cleaning since my wife and I had just moved. We did have three pets in the house, so there was quite a bit of dog hair on the carpets. But, the carpets weren't really the issue Since I wasn't there, my realtor sent me pictures and the sinks, tubs, toilets, and the kitchen counter wasn't cleaned at all, or, at least didn't look like they had been cleaned. I was disappointed with the outcome of the cleaning based on the pictures I received. The carpets didn't look as if they had been cleaned with a professional machine but rather one an individual could buy or rent, like a Rug Doctor, or something similar.
