Hussein and Mike were extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Put in a request late in the evening, he responded the next morning with same day availability. Made suggestions and we ended up deciding to go a different direction with mounting the TV, but he had all the parts necessary on hand. He even helped with another job (mounting a large picture) that was not necessarily what he does every day- just goes to show how helpful he’s willing to be. Thanks!

Exceptional Service from Sierra Tech Connect! Hussein was incredibly responsive and courteous from the start. During our phone conversation, he quickly diagnosed exactly what I needed. Within days, he was at my doorstep with the necessary equipment to cut the cord on my cable company and significantly boost my cell phone service. Not only did he set everything up seamlessly, but he also helped me upload and organize all of my streaming services.
