Excellent from start to finish. I was installing three self-purchased replacement toilets — one smart toilet and two skirted one-piece toilets. The office got back to me quickly and had a technician (Matthew) on-site for an estimate the next day. The quote came in lower than everywhere else because they only charged their regular rates despite the more complicated units. Matthew was back for the install and did an amazing job — fast, professional, and clean. He kept me informed as he went. The work looks (and works) great, and the whole process could not have been more painless. Absolutely top-notch. Will definitely contact them again when I need more plumbing.

I needed them to professionally switch out my anode rods in my hot water heater (as I never changed since I bought the house and don’t think the previous owner has). Unfortunately, they were unable to as they say the rod has corroded into the tank already and the tank will need to be replaced sooner than the average lifetime of a hot water tank. I was expecting and willing to pay some for at least their time but they said don’t worry about it, as we were not able to complete the job. Which I highly respect and they earn my future business. They also did not try to sell me other stuff I did not need (the other two bids tried to sell me other services I didn’t request) which was a big turn off. Burpee was straight too, “whats going on?” and “I can have someone there on this day”. Even though they were not able to make money from my request, I hope this review will show how worthy and dependable they are to make future business.

The kitchen faucet because lose (still worked fine) but it needed to be replaced. They got back to us promptly for the free on site quote. They gave me a few flexible options for dates/time. Alex was great, and worked fast. He found that some of the original work on the bottom of the sink wasn’t good so we had to get a bit more work than what we expected. He advised us that if we could only repair one of the two things to not do the faucet and address the issue with the bottom of the sink. He walked us trough the whole process and explained everything to us. Really good experience.
