I can't speak for his work as he couldn't complete the repair I needed on a built in oven without potentially extensive work BUT I can speak for his honesty. My appliance is still working it just seems to have a short after a power outage. I was looking to get this corrected as long as it was a relatively simple fix (meaning, cost effective and not having to remove any molding or having to have the oven re-installed). Amil had an idea as to what could fix it but wasn't 100% sure and it might require additional fixes. Since I was not prepared to take that risk yet and the unit is still working, I decided not to move forward. It was so REFRESHING to actually work with someone who was completely HONEST about my situation. Seems to be a rare quality these days, which is exactly why I am writing this review. Thank you Amil ... you will be the first person I call if I ever need an appliance repair!!

I had installed a new drain pump in my GE washer and could not get one of the hoses to seal properly - Amil came out same day and completed the job in about 30 minutes- he told me some other things that are wrong with the machine but didn’t try to sell me anything. Will definitely contact for future appliance needs!

Amil responded to my inquiry almost immediately and we agreed that he would assess the needed repair on a future date agreeable to both parties. However, prior to that date my spouse and I decided that we really would like to update the 11 year old appliance instead of the repair and we cancelled the appointment. Amil graciously accepted the cancellation and we would contact him in the future should another appliance need repair.
