Work was prompt, professional, and great value. My home maintenance insurance company charged a $75 call out fee and limited a ice maker repair to $300 but wanted another $180 fee for simple remove and replacement of an ice maker. I knew this was a ridiculous price - $480 for an ice maker remove and replace! Alexander had the part when he arrived based upon photos I sent and installed the part in less than 45 minutes. All with friendly conversation. GREAT SERVICE!
