- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent and fair pricing. Each job is unique, so I provide a detailed estimate based on the specific needs of your system — whether it’s a repair, maintenance, or new installation. I never surprise customers with hidden fees, and I explain exactly what’s included so you know what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to their concerns and learning what kind of issues they’re having with their heating, cooling, or airflow. Next, I schedule a visit to inspect the system and diagnose the problem or assess what’s needed for a new installation. Once I understand the situation, I explain the options clearly, provide an honest estimate, and answer any questions before starting any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed hands-on HVAC training at ATI tech that covered heating, cooling, and air distribution systems, along with safety and efficiency standards. I also trained in duct fabrication and installation, system diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. Over the years, I’ve gained field experience working on residential and light commercial systems, staying up to date with new technology and energy-efficient equipment.
